Why we call these "top products"?

- Because they are expensive, time consuming, with ups and downs, with periods "rebound"... but very effective! The results of such programs are seen always in cash, in numbers and... in perspective.



Organizational Diagnosis:

The purpose of organizational diagnosis is to identify (in detail) the decision-maker in your organization (in summary form and unified in order to show the specific measures that must be taken to improve individual performance of employees and of the organization overall), as well as of the following:
- The definition of the responsibilities of departments and each position to identify the level of loading, the overlap of responsibility or the uncovered responsibilities, issues that generate serious imbalances that can influence the activity level of organization and motivation of employees;
- The development of the internal processes and procedures through which achieving the targets;
- Staff assessment in terms of experience, attitude and motivation related to the specific requirements of the position held;
- Validation of the personnel evaluation system;
- Evaluation of staff training & training plans;
- The degree of employees’ motivation and sources of motivation (or demotivation) that they have, both as individuals and as a group.


Change Management:

Change is the factor with the greatest impact on planning and organizing functions of management.
It is human nature to ressist change as it is human nature to always seek better ways of "doing things". However, if there would be no change, how would have shown our society today?
In many cases of revolutionary inventions we saw ressistance at the time of their discovery: ignorance, fear, reluctance... In each organization there is a need for change, and so employees are reluctant to that change („resistance to change”).
